  • For Holistic care, or working with Pilar, plan to be with us for about 2 & a half hours. During the first 45-60 min, we’ll go through a thorough health history evaluation, we take into consideration your past health, family health, digestive, emotional and reproductive health. An Ayurvedic pulse diagnosis, & tongue diagnosis is done. From here we move into the bodywork portion & depending on your health goals, you will receive one of these full treatments: Arvigo Abdominal Therapy, Breast Treatment, Therapeutic, Prenatal or Postpartum massage, etc. Once that is complete Pilar will teach you a self-care protocol if applicable & we can discuss any recommendations or follow-up care.

  • If you are a new client, please print , fill out completely and sign our new client intake form and bring it with you. You may also bring any lab work results that you feel are relevant.

  • No problem! Every first-time appointment we go through a very thorough health history evaluation. From here, we can determine what we may want to focus on and how we may want to continue care.

  • No, we do not. We are happy to create a super bill for you to submit to your insurance company and take it up with them.

  • Cash or all credit / debit cards are accepted as well as FSA or HSA cards. There is a 3.5% convenience fee added to all card transactions.

  • You may call & schedule a therapeutic massage with one of our highly skilled licensed massage therapists.

  • Yes, there are pre-paid packages for wellness, fertility, prenatal care, postpartum and so on. However, personalized packages can be designed when needed to support your health goals.

  • Occasionally you can find specials via our newsletter or on our Instagram accounts. In addition to that, we send out a birthday coupon and a holiday coupon for all current and past clients every year.
