If you are looking to become pregnant, already expecting or someone who works with pregnant people and new families, this course has something for you!

5 weekly live sessions on Zoom for 5 Mondays from 5-7pm.
All sessions will be recorded and available to you if you cannot attend live.
Throughout the series you’ll learn meditation practices, and mantras for anxiety, insomnia and other common ailments.
You’ll also receive a thorough Herbal Guide to support you in making herbal choices throughout pregnancy and postpartum!

How the subtle body develops in early pregnancy (Chakras, Nadis, Koshas, etc). Ayurvedic dosha theory & how that changes during pregnancy & postpartum.
Mantra & meditation practices for calming anxiety & stress.
Class 2
AYURVEDIC PRENATAL NUTRITION
Ayurvedic theory on prenatal nutritions, foods to focus on to support growing Mama & Baby. Specific foods for each dosha.
Class 3
BIRTH
Kundalini energy & the psychedelic birth portal, the stages of birth and womb wisdom, preparing for birth (birth plans, advocation, what to expect, placentas, etc.)
Class 4
HERBS
Herbal tonics and elixirs for pregnancy and postpartum, herbal allies for immune support, nausea, acid reflux, and other common ailments
Class 5
POSTPARTUM
Practices for deep nourishment and healing, how to prepare your house, & family for the postpartum time & the care that will be needed. Supporting the nervous system of the MotherBaby Dyad.
