Ceremonies mark time, we drop into sacred space-time and release our daily “to-do” identity. We get to mark life’s real moments, like First Blood (menarche), Pregnancy, First Year, Love Union, Divorce, Loss of a Loved One, or any other significant time in one’s life.
Our modern culture has stripped away our holistic Earth Centered rituals that tied us to the changing of seasons and moon rhythms. Because of that many of us have lost touch of our inner nature and intuition. Ceremonies and rituals help us re-member, put back together that sacred self that knows the change in tides and turning of the moon.
